What happens to my data if I downgrade?

Your data is always yours. If you downgrade, you keep all existing projects but cannot create new ones beyond the free limit. Nothing is ever deleted.

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. Your project data is securely stored in the cloud using industry-standard encryption. Access your projects from any device when signed in.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. During the 14-day free trial you can cancel with no charge. After the trial, you can cancel monthly or yearly billing at any time and keep your paid features until the end of the period. A cancelled Team workspace remains intact and read-only.

What are AI generations?

Each generated schedule counts as one AI generation. Free users get 2 per day, Pro users get 50 per day, and Team workspaces share a pool of 100 per day.

What are AI schedule insights?

AI schedule insights are a Pro feature that analyzes your project and surfaces risks, optimization opportunities, and recommended next actions. Results are cached for 24 hours, so reviewing the same unchanged schedule again does not use an additional generation.

Can I try a paid plan before upgrading?

Yes — every new Pro or Team subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. You receive full access to the selected plan during the trial and are not charged if you cancel before it ends.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Pro is $45/year, and Team is $45 per member/year with a 2-member minimum. Both are 25% below monthly billing.

Do I need to create an account?

Yes — creating a free account takes a few seconds and unlocks the full Gantt editor, cloud sync, AI-powered planning, and critical path analysis. No credit card required for the Free plan.
